Elements of a Home Inspection

A General Home Inspection incorporates an objective, careful, visual examination of the physical structure
and the systems of the dwelling as well as a functionality check of it's components.

Kitchen, Appliances, & Laundry
Bathrooms,
Plumbing,
Electrical System,
Interior,
Heating & Air Conditioning,
Roof System,
Exterior-Foundation-Basement/Crawl space,
Attached Garage or Carport,
Decks/Patios/Porches/Sun rooms,
& the Grounds

*Out Buildings and Detached Garages are inspected as extras.

Very similar to a checkup with your primary care physician,
if one of our inspectors discovers an issue or the indication of an issue during the home inspection,
they will note it in their report and recommend further evaluation.

The fee for a single family home inspection varies from dwelling to dwelling. Go to the Fees Tab for more information.
Please Call or Email for a quote or additional information concerning inspection fees.
